Arctic Watershed Snowmobile Club
The club maintains trails that connect Chapleau to Wawa, Timmins, Elliot Lake, and Sault Ste. Marie. Chapleau is a snowmobile friendly town with many ammenities close to the trail. Get you OFSC trail permit and stop by the B&B as part of your Northern Ontario tour!
Chapleau Ski Club
If you like to downhill ski, cross-country ski, or snowboard there is a hill nearby with several miles of cross-country trails as well. It's a very family-friendly club that is open each year for as long as weather permits.

"Taste of the North" Winter Carnival
This week of activities is a true highlight for the community. It usually takes place the third week of February and has a schedule full of fun events. Everything from luge demonstrations to bouncy castles. If you're looking for the perfect time to visit, this might be it!
